Okay here is the Yummy Hurst cookie recipe:
1 cup Butter
1 cup Shortening
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 cups brown sugar
1 Tbls vanilla
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp cinnamon
3 cups choc chips
3 cups oats

Mix butter, shortening, and sugars til fluffy.
add vanilla and eggs.
Stop mixer at this point (be careful to not over mix).

Sift: flour, soda, and cinnamon. Fold in to creamed mixture.
mix by hand oats and then choc chips.

Bake on greased pan at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.

Topic: Life Cycle of a Butterfly
Lesson Objective: Learners will demonstrate knowledge of/understanding of/ability to: understand the life cycle of a butterfly.
The teacher will have the children recollect what they have learned in previous lessons about organisms reproducing offspring of their own kind.
